🔐 Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2025

ImpulsTrip Inc. respects your privacy. We don’t just say that, we mean it. This page explains what we collect (and why), how we protect it, and what you can do if you want us to delete it all.

📋 What We Collect

When you visit our site, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type & OS, and page views and clicks (so we know what works).

If you submit a form (like joining our waitlist), we collect only what you enter, like your name, email, or phone. That’s it. And only with your consent.

What we don’t collect:

Sensitive personal info (like banking data or location tracking). No creepy stuff.

💡 How We Use It

We use your info to make our site better with tools like cookies and analytics, respond to you (when you reach out), and keep the site safe and working properly.

We never sell your data. Not now, not ever.

We may use trusted third-party tools (like Google Analytics) to help run things, but they only get what’s necessary, and they don’t get to keep it.

🍪 Cookie Talk

Yep, we use cookies. They help us keep your session running smoothly and understand which pages are useful (and which ones are just vibes).

We don’t use cookies for advertising or retargeting.

Want to manage your cookies? You can adjust them in your browser settings. You’re in control.

🛡️ Data Protection

We use industry-standard tech to keep your info safe. No system is perfect, but we do everything we can to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse.

📅 Data Retention

We only keep your info for as long as we need it (or as the law requires). After that, we delete or anonymize it. Clean break.

🧍 Your Rights

You can:

  • Ask for a copy of your data
  • Correct something inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete everything (we’ll do it)

To exercise any of these rights, email us: hello@impulstrip.com

🛠️ Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post it here. No surprises.

⚖️ Legal Things

This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. If there’s a dispute (fingers crossed there won’t be), we’ll handle it through the courts in Ontario.
